You were always a person... no initiation needed.

You are worthy of your sentience being acknowledged as you are. Your dignity and worth and usefulness and lovingness and loveableness and completeness and positive force is more than enough good as is. 

You don't need any initiation... Or any other torture or humiliation or being controlled... In order to become or be worthy of being or being seen as and treated as the sentient loving capable useful wanted needed essential person you are. 

You don't need to be hazed by life in order to be or become worthy of life. 

You don't need to be oppressed or condescended to or pitied or punished or tortured or harassed at all... or "unless" anything or "until" anything or "because of" anything. 

This planet and this universe are not and never were and were never meant to be exclusive clubs or the mob or the military or a gang or a cult or a sorority or fraternity or the high school cheerleading squad or college football team or a secret society or a ponzi scheme.

We never have to-- and shouldn't-- always all be in each other's faces at the party, but we are all invited to it. We hang out mostly with our own people at the party, but we talk to others too, when us and those others and our own personal friends are up to it.

Not leaving anyone out never has to mean force them into your life or yourself into theirs. It doesn't mean that at all.
