I KNOW that nobody has common sense. It's not common. It's called common sense because it's meant to be used in common situations, not because it's common.
I don't have it either. We're human. But we all need a safe place to blow off steam when someone else's current form of lack of common sense or compassion triggers our own form of that lacking.
I'm not perfect-- and if I tried to use nothing but words society deems "positive" in order to describe aggravating or even terrible situations, then I would be able to communicate even less. I wouldn't be truly communicating at all. And that would not be positive at all. It would be a disaster.
So don't put me on a pedestal expecting me to be some sort of better person than my opponent rather than empathizing with me. I talk about it because I'm at a loss, not because I'm trying to treat them like they're less whatever than me. And I'm not complaining to fucking boast. You have missed my point so badly that it's sad.
